Admissions

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions a family makes, and we're honored that you're considering CCDS.

 

It's an exciting time — full of questions, hopes, and a growing sense of what matters most for your child's journey. We are excited to partner with you as you explore our school community during this process.

 

The best way to understand CCDS is to see it for yourself. Tour our campus, step into a classroom, and talk with the students and faculty who make this community what it is. You'll notice it quickly: a school small enough that every child is known, and a community large enough to shape who they become.

We are now accepting applications for Junior Kindergarten through 8th Grade as we expand our school community.

We are excited to offer a comprehensive Middle School experience for 6th through 8th grade students.
 

Process + Timeline

STEP 1: INQUIRE 

  • Help us get to know your family by completing an Inquiry Form

  • After submitting an inquiry, you will gain access to our online admissions portal with additional details

 
STEP 2: TOUR (OPTIONAL)

  • Learn more about our community by scheduling a campus tour

  • Tour requests can be sent to admissions@ccds.org 

 
STEP 3: APPLY​

  • Application checklists are found in the admission portal and include:

    • Candidate Profile Forms

    • Parent/Guardian Questionnaire

    • Recommendation Forms

    • Report Cards (grades 1st-8th)

    • Student Visit Day and Assessments

    • Application Fee of $100 that covers administrative cost of all checklist items

 
STEP 4: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (IF APPLICABLE) 

  • Submit application for financial assistance using Facts

  • Applications must be completed by February 5 for priority consideration

 
STEP 5: DECISIONS​

  • Priority consideration admission decisions will be shared on March 12

  • Families will have two weeks to respond to the decision by submitting their enrollment agreement and deposit by March 26 to secure enrollment

  • Applications received after March 1 deadline will be reviewed after March 12 decisions are finalized, and additional enrollment decisions will be dependent on available space.
