Christ Church Day School is a member of the National Association of Episcopal Schools and fully supports their Statement on Inclusion and Espiscopal Identity.

Episcopal schools ground their commitments to diversity, inclusion, justice and equity in the words of the Baptismal Covenant, and our promise as Christians to "seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving your neighbor as yourself," and "to strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being." That pledge to respect the dignity of every human being includes how we differ from one another, as well as how we share a common humanity and reflect the image of God. It serves as a guide to our daily need to act with copassion, love and integrity, as well as to name and challenge bheaviors that promote exclusion, intolerance, and mistrust."

Christ Church Day School is also an accredited institution through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and is aligned with the WASC Equity Statement.

Collectively, we are working to build a community where all members are respected, feel safe, and have a sense of belonging.

The National Association of Episcopal Schools has complied a collection of resources that can guide discussions about diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect of all people.
